Description
A creamy, spicy, tangy, and lightly sweet homemade copycat inspired by Subway’s Creamy Sriracha sauce. It is ready in five minutes and works well on subs, wraps, burgers, fries, chicken, and as a dipping sauce.
Ingredients

- ½ cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon regular paprika, optional
- Small pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise, sriracha, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, optional paprika, and salt to a small mixing bowl.
- Whisk until the sauce is completely smooth and evenly colored.
- Taste and adjust with additional mayonnaise, sriracha, vinegar, or sugar as needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes before serving. Stir again before use.
Notes
- Add mayonnaise 1 tablespoon at a time for a milder sauce.
- Add sriracha 1 teaspoon at a time for more heat.
- Add water ½ teaspoon at a time when a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Store in a clean airtight container in the refrigerator and use within four to five days.
